2. we use high manganese wear-resisting cast steel lining board and mixing blades which is 

durable and convenient to replace. Working with PLD series aggregate batching, we can form a concrete batching plant which can be used for various kinds of large, medium or small prefabricated factory, construction sites,roads, bridges, airports and tunnels etc.

3.This series concrete mixer has the advantages of reasonable design, compact structure, convenient operation,stable working, good mixing quality, high efficiency, low energy consumption, low noise and long life wearing parts, etc.

Features

     (1)our concrete equipment could mix evenly and good homogeneity: there are two mixing shafts

And the materials mainly mixed between the two mixing shafts, so there are strong extrusion 

force. 

(2)long life span: mixing blades are the important parts. It directly decides the usage life span of 

Volumetric concrete mixer. We use High Wear-Resistant Chromium-Manganese Alloys Plates and 

Blades. The thickness of our mixing blades could reach 15mm, mixing arms could reach 30mm.

(3)It use Hydraulic discharge. this method could avoid the shortage power of pneumatic discharging that could not open the discharging opening. Comparingwith manual operation, hydraulic discharging concrete mixer could save staff and improve efficiency. Of course, it is safer. 

4.Set the air inlet valve, automatically by the program can work at work, operation is convenient.
